On November 23, 2021, a seminar on "Argentine Midterm Elections and Its Influence" co-organized by the Institute of Sociology and Culture of the Latin American Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Center for Argentine Studies was held in Beijing. The meeting was chaired by researcher Guo Cunhai, director of the Social and Cultural Research Office of the Latin American Institute and executive director of the Argentine Research Center. More than ten experts and scholars from Argentina Belgrano University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai University and the Latin American Institute attended the discussion. Experts and scholars at the meeting had a lively discussion on the factors affecting the results of the mid-term elections in Argentina and the future direction of China-Argentina relations, Researcher Guo cunhai summarized the situation and impact of Argentina's mid-term elections based on the opinions of experts and scholars attending the meeting, and thanked all guests for their speeches and discussions.
